ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS OF THE RPGC COUNTY COMMITTEE and OFFICE HOLDERS
A reminder that the Filing Period opens this coming Thursday, February 23rd at 12 noon and continues for one week, closing at 12 noon on March 1st.
Filing will take place in Room 200 of the Garland County Court House starting at 12 noon on February 23rd.
Mary Bournival, your Treasurer, and myself will be there from 12 noon to 5PM on February 23rd to assist you in the filing.
We will also be in the same location on March 1st, the last day of Filing, from 8AM till noon when the Filing Period closes.
If you can not be at the Court House, at those times, on either of those two days, please contact me ASAP. My home number is 501-262-4920 and my cell is 501-545-4812.
Please remember that the Filing Fee for County Committeeman/Committeewoman, for years 2012/2013, is $50.00 per person payable in cash or a check made out to the Republican Party of Garland County.

Office Holders, remember that once you have completed the Filing Fee process yo will need to file written evidence of your payment of your Filing Fees (your receipt) and the Political Practices Pledge with the Garland County, County Clerk’s Office no later than noon on March 1, 2012.
