The start of something Good
Now more than ever the stars are aligned and the moon is in the seventh house and…… well you get the picture. If there is ever a time where likeminded individuals needed to come together to bring about a change it is now!. We Republicans have the best opportunity to reverse the negative trends that have brought our country to the brink. If we fail to act we will fail our nation for years to come. We must do several things in order to capitalize on this moment in time.
The first thing we must do is to unite. We are and should always be One Nation! Long before there was parties there was One Nation united against a government of tyranny. They put aside their differences and joined forces as a small group of colonies to defeat the most powerful nation of its time. We can fight the causes near and dear to us after we reclaim our nation. But if we lose our nation our causes we be lost as well.
The second thing we must do is decide the most important election is the local one. A government closest to the people is the most effective. Lets not give away the farm while we are out protecting our nation.
Thirdly, we must provide solutions. With every complaint there must be a solution. Lets work harder than we ever had to gather together and discuss and define solutions to our problems instead of waiting on an unresponsive government.
Fourth and probably the most important is to fight! We must never be too old, too tired or too busy to fight for our way of life. All the passion, wisdom and strength are useless without people who are willing to use them. Will you join me. Come out to the meeting and find a way to get involved. Do it for you country, for your family as well as the next generation of Americans.

You are absolutely right. In ‘94 there was a groundswell of local action to make a change over a non-responsive Washington bureaucracy. As a result of many individuals acting together there were huge changes brought about in Washington that ended the steamroller headed for Hillary Care and lots of other ill-thought schemes of government intrusion in our lives. Now, 15 years later it is time to do the same again and it has to begin at the local level.
It has been said that “All politics are local”. If we and other local groups from all over our country do not act then the Obama Socialist Republic of America (OSRA) will be a reality, and very quickly.
We need to contact our representatives and let them know in no uncertain terms what we think of the current direction of the country and what they must do to earn our support. We need to become active in local politics and help to shape the direction of government on a local basis. We need to contact others in our communities and respectfully point out what is going on and enlist them to join with us to make a better local community, state, and nation.
Most American voters are usually asleep and totally unaware of what is happening in government. They are simply concentrating on going to work, paying the bills, driving the kids to socker, mowing the yard, and watching mindless TV when they have time to relax. We must take every effort to see that our friends, neighbors, and acquaintances are awake now or else we, our children, and grand children will lose the rights this country has enjoyed for the last 200+ years. An informed electorate working together with good alternative solutions can prevail and turn the tide to protect nation and our way of life. The government won’t do it, the news media won’t, the schools won’t so that means the only alternative is you and me!
