Secretary’s Report: Quorum Established from list
Motion made to accept minutes distributed via email by Larry Bailey, 2nd Chuck Chattham, approved.
Treasurer’s Report:
State Committee Report: Barbara Dueschle reported that Michael Steele will not be coming to the State committee meeting in December as was planned. There will be a straw poll for the US Senate seat and many interesting workshops.
District Report: Meeting on October 24 in Texarkana
New Business: Doctors meeting on healthcare

Recognition of service of former secretary Lanny Robbins who passed away September 24, 2009
Lincoln Day Dinner Committee beginning to make plans.
